TRUTH: Mourning the loss of a loved one is hard. Even if they are a fictional robot from the future.

We created an automated chatbot at EGX – the UK's biggest gaming expo – that kicked into action when gamers visited a memorial statue of Cayde-6, their beloved hero from Destiny 2. After posting a photo at the memorial site, they’d then receive a message from the deceased hero himself. This consisted of a map directing you to a hidden stash at the event itself. At this stash we gave away prizes making the loss just a little more bearable.
